Your Much Awaited Escrow is here!

These are the following changes you would need to note.

1. Limited Access to Investor Dashboard

By the 25th of April 2016, there would be limited access to the Investor Dashboard that you are familiar with. During this period, you will not be able to make any new investment as well.

You can still access the following on the Investor Dashboard:

  • My Investment
  • Withdrawal
  • Transaction History
  • My Profile
  • My Password
  • My Activities
  • Available Funds

Your full access to the Investor Dashboard would only be available once you complete your migration.

2. Migration of Available/ Idling Funds

You are required to migrate all Available/Idling Funds out of your SeedIn Account before you can proceed with the Registration.

You have two options:

1. Transfer of Available/Idling funds to the new Escrow Account. (You can do this with the assistance of your Portfolio Manager)

2. Withdraw your funds back to your Bank Account.

We are also pleased to inform that the Withdrawal Fee of 0.1% will be waived from 25th April – 24th Jul 2016 to assist in the Migration Process.

Once the funds have been successfully migrated, we would require each investor on the platform to fill in additional information for submission to Vistra for administrative purposes.

3. Invested Funds

Your current invested funds will automatically be transferred into the Escrow Account once your account is validated by Vistra and approved on the platform.

4. Funds Top Up

As we appreciate your eagerness to participate into a new deal, you can only do a ‘Funds Top Up’ once your migration has been validated by Vistra and approved on our platform.

5. Point of Contact

The migration requires new processes and we would respond to your need for guidance with utmost importance. Please keep in close contact with your Portfolio Managers. They will also be in touch with you to make the transition effortless and smooth.
